We’ll contact operators with your parameters at no cost to you and will prepare any locations that might be a good fit. If you agree, we’ll help coordinate walkthroughs for as many options as you’d like, and finalize agreements when you find your dream space. No exclusivity agreements or weird sales pitch here–we have your best interests at heart.
For operators, we’ve been there ourselves, and we all want the same thing
Our background is as operators ourselves. We know that brokers and search platforms are a dime a dozen. We don’t want to create more work for you with a cumbersome backend or to have another platform to try and manage on a daily basis. Our job is just to connect you with groups that we think might be a good fit for your locations, and to help them move forward. Our commission structure is limited to the first calendar year, we won’t pop up months or years down the line asking for another few percentage points, or waste your time with requirements that aren’t even relevant for your offerings. Paired with our robust referral network, we want to make matching clients with shared spaces as easy as possible.
