Coworking Operator Pricing Calculator (Released June 28th, 2024)

A simple yet effective tool, the pricing calculator can be used by coworking operators to assess and adjust their list prices, plan out term-based discounts, assess their revenue at percentage-based occupancy goals, and gauge the impact of inventory changes on their bottom line.
