We help find new spaces for members that are unfortunately leaving your location, but provide a commission to you if we help them find a new one.

A growing or remote team is a great opportunity for each operator’s location to expand its member base. If your members outgrow your space or geographic reach, we can help them find space in new markets–both nationally and internationally–and provide your location earns a commission if we find a good fit. Let’s work together to create a network of spaces that can look out for each other.
So how does this actually work?
Operator A has a member looking to leave, grow, or expand in a different market, and provides their information to the Archive team.
Archive searches for options on behalf of that member, and helps them coordinate walkthroughs and new agreements with Operator B
Operator B provides a commission to Archive like they would any other client, but 25% of it is given back to Operator A for their help in connecting us.
But couldn’t we just do this ourselves?
Absolutely! But there are only so many hours in the day, and we know how cumbersome the search process can be. With more than 15 years of experience working as operators ourselves, we know how hard sudden changes in availability are, and the missed opportunity that churn and flexibility creates. Our referral network serves as an opportunity to help fix this pain point, and creates revenue in places where it’s leaving or not possible.
