We offer hourly allotment packages between 10 and 40 hours per week to accommodate teams and requirements of any size. If projects run long or if more assistance would be helpful, we also offer overtime support and drop-in office hours.

Regardless of which package you pick, we pride ourselves on our communication. We're here to support you via phone, email, Zoom, Slack, or however your team best communicates.

During a free one-hour training call with each new coworking client, we’ll work to understand your current processes, and tailor our workflow to your needs. Brand language and tone is important and unique to each operator, and we’ll make sure your voice remains at the forefront.

Having over 10 years of coworking experience ourselves, we know the importance of keeping member and systems data secure. With Archive, your clients, platforms, and data are your own. Anything we contribute—including systems, templates or reports— is yours to keep and use.

  • In support of your inbound sales efforts, we will:

    • Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, and/or live chat

    • Coordinate walkthroughs with local community teams

    • Send follow-ups for tours and interested groups

    • Send and finalize contracts or agreements on your behalf given your guidelines, pricing, and permission

    • Account management of current members to maximize renewals, upgrades, and retention

    • Provide support for any 3rd party platforms you’re listed on

    • Answer broker inquiries and coordinate as needed

    • Help maintain your internal reporting systems and availability

    • Provide weekly summaries of our activities

$800 per week

10 hours of support per week, on a fixed schedule, best for operators with 1-3 locations that need supplemental assistance.

$1,500 per week

20 hours of support per week, with flexible scheduling, best for mid-size operators wanting to centralize their sales team.

$2,600 per week

40 hours of support per week, with a member of our team available from 9am to 5pm as an extension of your team.

Overtime support is available regardless of package selected for an additional $100/hr. Staffing clients receive discounted pricing on operations and sales consulting and systems development. Agreements carry a one month minimum term, with a two week notice period if needed.
