We help coworking spaces design and develop their sales systems.

With more than 15 years of experience designing and developing CRMs—as well as selling and retaining members as coworking operators ourselves—we take a look under the hood, examine your processes, and provide tailored guidance and implementation support. We understand the full sales pipeline: from getting tours booked, to managing the customer journey to and through the contracting process, to building robust renewal and retention pipelines, we’re ready to make an impact on day one. Michael Braun

With over 10 years of coworking experience, Michael has developed a knack for the benefits and nuances of coworking, having managed sales teams, coworking locations themselves, and built CRM's and pipelines that managed and sold over a million square feet of office space. While with Bond Collective, he created methodologies and processes for sales operations that are crucial for a coworking space's success, and closed thousands of contracts valued at over $100 million. Outside of the office Michael enjoys spending time hiking with his partner and their very spoiled border collie, and parking it on the couch for a good movie, game or show.

With another 3+ years of client and vendor-facing retail experience, she’s focused on enhancing customer service, fostering team synergy, and building lasting client relationships. Within her first year at Bond Collective, she helped generate over $9 million in sales, accommodating both new clients and renewals with the same level of care and attention to detail. In her free time, you can find her trying different workout classes throughout the city or at home trying to cook up different recipes.
